My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, especially the handicap accessible one, looked to have mold, but were clean and pest-free, spacious, and well-equipped, lacking only a working iron. The service was top-notch, with helpful and attentive staff who even knew me by name. The location, while close to ASU and convenient for work, was marred by being near a pawn shop in a somewhat sketchy part of town. The dining options were different from what I expected, but the breakfast had a basic selection of Fruit Loops, Cheerios, danishes, and drinks. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms, although a bit outdated, were spacious and had a strange black space at the top and bottom of the picture in the room all the way to the 3rd floor. The lack of proper temperature control was a downside as it felt very hot and we had to adjust the AC ourselves.

I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed bag. The location was somewhat convenient but required an extra U-turn to reach, making it a bit inconvenient. The rooms were far from ideal, being dirty, stained, and reeking of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The service, however, was a pleasant surprise with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options for breakfast, mostly consisting of stale items. Overall, not a place I would recommend due to several subpar aspects.
